The consortium City Studio 9 will prepare Poti’s new Master Plan and Land Use Plan, as well as revise and update the Maltakva District Development Regulation Plan. The consortium, which includes the architectural firm Studio 9 and the non-profit City Institute Georgia, will complete the three planning documents over the course of one year under a contract worth GEL 2.3 million.
